The Founder

Ms. Sangeeta Bhargava is the Founder and Managing Director of Samridhi Placements. By qualification, she is an MBA graduate with a dual specialization in Marketing & HR from RA Poddar Institute of Management, Jaipur.

She started her career as a lecturer and then went on to establish her own manpower consulting firm Samridhi in 2003. Since then, with the support of her team, she has worked for varied industries spanning across telecom, telecom-infrastructure, banking, IT, power, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, financial services, FMCG, automobile, hospitality and healthcare for leading brands and clients based across India.

Our Team

Our team comprises of qualified management professionals who bring along with them at least 3 years of experience in serving in the management consulting domain. We initially started with the banking, financial services and insurance domain and later expanded to various other industries at lånapengar.

Our team of dedicated recruiters with experience in diverse industries continually strives to match the required profiles from the best rehab near me professionals available in the industry. We are a team of 10 recruiters with 2 team leads and 4 recruiters under each team. We also have 3 recruiters who are working with us on a retainer basis .
